<title>Windows 7 Assistance</title>
<description>Please help with this error message in Windows Remote Assistance using Vista to help a 7.? I tried using Remote Assistance from my Vista to a friend&#039;s Windows 7 and got this error message : &quot;the person you are trying to help might have closed remote assistance&quot;. They did no such thing. We tried connecting both through an e-mailed invitation and then through Windows Live Messenger; first me requesting assistance, then him requesting assistance.

The other computer is 1500 km away, there is no router involved.
Without fail, the same error message was displayed. Please help.

<title>Windows 7</title>
<description>Windows 7? I am using Windows 7 64 bit version, and when I try to install iTunes, it won&#039;t let me install it. Any suggestions?
It is compatible with Windows 7 because I tried using 32 bit but it wouldn&#039;t sync with my iPod so I have to use 64.
