I am planning to make changes to my PC configuration and then add Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit version. How much does Windows 7 Ultimate cost? I understand, that there is no difference in the cost of the 32 bit version, and the 64 bit version.

You can purchase Windows 7 ultimate online or through a trusted retailer: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo… You don't mention if you are useing Vista or XP, if so, you can use the upgrade version.

- Don't bother, windows 7 sucks. Especially don't get Ultimate. Just read the CNET article on how much a waste of money it is. If you have to get it, get professional and save yourself some $. BTW: The home and pro versions of windows 7 are actually full installs of the ultimate version, they just have some additional features locked. I would bet if you looked around you would find a way to crack the home / pro versions to get all the features.20% 1 Vote
